[Update]: We have reserved the DJ!.

Hi fellow Lancers,

Thank you to those that have already bought your tickets! The hard truth is only 66 tickets have actually been paid for, so far.  Around 100 alumni say they’re planning to go, but we need them to physically buy their tickets. We know people wait until the last minute, but we've already paid out of pocket expenses and we can’t front the rest of the reunion costs in the hope that more people come.

The way it was budgeted, we’d have a great reunion if we could get just 50 Lancers (plus their dates) to attend. Just 50 out of 213 Alumni. That doesn’t seem like an unreasonable amount of people. That said, here is where we stand.
We had to cancel Friday night’s mixer because the bar space we were reserving has a minimum party number requirement, and with such little ticket sales, we didn’t think we’d hit that mark. Please buy your tickets today to revive the friday night event.

- If you want to go and have yet to buy your tickets, please buy them this week.

- If you know of people who want to go but have yet to buy tickets, please talk to them ASAP and tell them to buy their tickets this week too.
If you have questions/concerns, please email us.
Thanks guys. We really want to make this happen and with your help, we can.

The Reunion Committee

Hello Fellow Lancers,

Can you believe 20-years has gone by since we all roamed the halls of JFK, steering clear of Mr. Waltner or Sr. Rose Marie, so as not to obtain cafeteria duty for dresscode infractions or letting your mullet grow beyond the collar?

Well, watch the video and check out the old photos. You will no longer be in denial. Our big hair and baby faces are no more...many have careers, families, wrinkles and rolls...and we look forward to seeing you ALL and catching up at our reunion.

Time is flying and although it seems far enough away, we are reaching the point of begging you to purchase your tickets, so we can continue to plan this stellar event. Please take advantage of the discounted ticket prices and purchase your tickets as soon as feasibly possible.

We will be sending a mailer our in the coming weeks, so keep your eye out for it!!!

Cheers!

Save the Date!
20 Year Reunion
Saturday September 4th 2010

Hey Lancers, its time to plan our 20 year reunion! We are putting together a committee and are requesting your help. We are open to suggestions as to what you are interested in doing. Please lets work together and make this happen. Thanks!

Ask not what your committee can do for you - ask what you can do for your committee...

As you know we have started the planning phase for our upcoming 20-year reunion and could use your help. A few of our classmates have fronted funds in order to reserve a spectacular site for our reunion and we want to be sure they are reimbursed.

I know not everyone has the means to front funds for our reunion, but there may be additional ways in which you can help.

  • Buy your tickets early! Ticket income now, translates to better party.

  • Do you have items you can donate for a potential raffle or silent auction?

  • Do you work in an industry where we can save money on alcohol, DJ, printing materials, etc.?

  • Contact every classmate you know and give them this website address.

Any additional ideas for fund raising are greatly appreciated, as we want to ensure this is an event we won't forget.

Cheers!

Reunion Committee
